We’re not sure what to say except that a huge chapter in our lives is ending. It’s been almost 4 years, and we’ve made the best memories and met some amazing people along the way. Sorry to announce our departure so abruptly, just after many nights and long conversations we just decided it was for the better to finally retire The Bright Light Motion. We will all continue making music in other bands, just how when and with who is something we are just leaving up in the air for now. Hopefully it will be in the near future. Our entire catalogue “Light Years.” is available for free download on myspace and includes 29 songs comprised of all of our original recordings,a few covers, and tons of rare bonus songs as well as 200+ Pictures of the band throughout our history. There are some pretty crazy ones in there. I actually had to do some digging to find them.
Now this list is pretty long, but there’s absolutely no way we can say goodbye without thanking the following people and bands we have worked with, played with, recorded with, hung out with, laughed with, suffered with, celebrated with, and who played major roles in the development of our band.
